Day 01 : Rishikesh to Guptkashi
Day 02-04 : First Kedar - Kedarnath
Day 05-06 : Second Kedar - Madhyamaheshwar

Day 09-11 : Fourth Kedar - Rudranath
Day 12-13 : Fifth Kedar - Kalpeshwar

Fitness Requirements
Difficult and extremely long. Requires very high levels of stamina and mental resilience. Previous trekking experience is mandatory.
Preparation Tips:
- Start jogging 3-4 kms a day at least a month before the trek.
- Practice walking with a 5kg backpack.
- Do squats and lunges to build thigh and calf muscle strength.
- Practice yoga for better lung capacity (Pranayama).
