Day 03 : Raj Kharak to Kagbhusandi Lake
Day 04 : Kagbhusandi Lake to Ghangaria
Day 05 : Ghangaria to Govindghat to Rishikesh

Fitness Requirements
Difficult and demanding trek. Previous high-altitude trekking experience is absolutely necessary. Trekkers must be capable of navigating boulder zones and glacier crossings.
Preparation Tips:
- Start jogging 3-4 kms a day at least a month before the trek.
- Practice walking with a 5kg backpack.
- Do squats and lunges to build thigh and calf muscle strength.
- Practice yoga for better lung capacity (Pranayama).

- Carry sufficient warm clothing and rain gear.
- Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water during the trek.
- Respect the local culture and religious sentiments at Hemkund Sahib.
- Keep the trekking trails and campsites clean (Leave No Trace).

- Do not pluck any flowers or disturb the flora in the valley.
- Do not consume alcohol or smoke during the expedition.
