Fitness Requirements
Moderate level. Good for fit beginners. Physical preparation involving daily 3-5 km jogs is recommended.
Preparation Tips:
- Start jogging 3-4 kms a day at least a month before the trek.
- Practice walking with a 5kg backpack.
- Do squats and lunges to build thigh and calf muscle strength.
- Practice yoga for better lung capacity (Pranayama).
